Nova Palm Technology has been in business since 1978 and provides construction services in the fields of civil and infrastructure, general contracting, architecture and design services.

Acquired Hartley Wood Stained Glass Factory, a heritage factory created in 1860 at Sunderland UK, from Pilkington Glass company, a leader in world glass solution.

We have successfully introduced  the use of antique stained glass in Hong Kong and China.

We work with the English heritage, the National Trust and Sutherland University.


We carry out works to many of the great cathedrals, commercial buildings, and heritage buildings.

Her Majesty the Queen and His Royal Highness the Duke of Edinburgh visited the City of Sunderland and Hartley Wood Factory Hartley Wood Glass Factory helped to set up a National Glass Centre in University of Sunderland, funded by the Arts Council. The Centre contains museum dedicated to the history of glass-making, and several galleries with changing exhibitions

Nova Palm Land Surveying Projects

Acquired Chynchen and Associates Ltd, the first surveying firm  certified with ISO 901. The company provided and undertook surveying works for infrastructure consultancy for all the major large scale government projects in Hong Kong.
